Questions?

Can I use a corporate expense prepaid card to pay my employees?

Corporate expense cards cannot be used to pay your employees. To pay employees, you will need to set up a payroll prepaid card program with REV Prepaid instead.

Do you share a corporate expense prepaid card amongst employees?

Instead of sharing them, each employee has their own, and every payment is linked to that individual and the appropriate team budget.

Who can monitor transactions on a corporate expense prepaid card?

Transaction reporting can be customized to suit your needs. The corporate expense prepaid card program can be customized to show visibility of all transactions to all cardholders or only to designated administrators.

What is Tip Tolerance?

Tip Tolerance is a temporary charge added to your REV Prepaid Mastercard® when it is used at hotels, restaurants, bars, salons, and certain retailers. (Usually at places that add gratuities for their services.)

The tolerance amount could be up to an additional 20% of your bill. Once the transaction has settled, the tolerance is then released and no longer held.

If your purchase total after adding in the tolerance amount, exceeds the balance on the card, the transaction will be declined.

Example: If your total bill at a restaurant is $100, the card may be preauthorized for $100 + 20%. Although you will only be charged for the $100, you will need an available balance of at least $120 on the card for the transaction to be approved.
